Hello All,

With the new year coming, there will be some new ventures on the horizon. Sometimes it’s out with the old and in with the new.

http://www.gayassrockshow.com is now at an end for me. It was great doing the show and very therapeutic in some ways for me. However, my heart has not been in it for sometimes which is apparent by my lack of enthusiasm for making any new shows.

Plus, money has been an issue for me for sometime and this is something I have financed by myself and I feel I can no longer do this. The latest payment to Libsyn bounced and my account has been closed by them and I really don’t want or can pay the reinstatement fee plus what is owed. I think it might be for the best to just shut down now.

I would like to thank everyone that listened and supported this venture. Your comments, opinions and praise has meant so much to me and thanks for taking the time to support me.

Massive Massive MASSIVE thank you to Rowley Cutler of the Dark Compass Podcast for building an awesome website for the show. He did this unpaid and out of the goodness of his heart and his belief in my podcasting. I can’t thank you enough mate and still remain in your debt.

This website will probably only remain for the next week or so. The shows on the site are no longer available to download.

Two shows in a week! Who would have thought it two months ago but here it is. A little bit more varied musically than the last show to show my indie and pop side but there is some good ole rock n’ roll with some heavy stuff as well including the band on the video below.

Yes, people have returned to give you shows again after nearly a two month break. It’s been awhile and I have lined up some pretty rockin’ songs for your enjoyment plus a recap on what I have been up to.

PS – Apologies for the sound quality about 14 minutes in. It only lasts for about a minute whilst I am chatting…ironically about how I need a better computer!

Not too much has been going on. A new guitar is the excitement in my life and gigs. Both I talk about as well as playing some rather awesome tunes, new and old for fun. The music gets heavy though so be warned.

#19 More Festivals

The reason I have been away so long is I have been working and playing my butt off at Festivals. Here is a review of my time at Hyde Park and Sonisphere playing some relevant and frankly kick ass tunes. Plus, with the passing of Amy Winehouse yesterday, I have a little rant and tribute at the end of the show.

#18 Downloaded Germans

This show was going to be my sole review of Download Festival 2011 till a bunch of Germans invaded my home, plied me with beer and refused to really talk on the show. However, it was good fun to have Anne, Kristina and Ryan here to show in some gay ass fun.

Basically playing songs from bands I saw or wished I had saw at this year’s Download Festival. Many good tunes for your aural pleasure.
